Минск: Журналисток посадили на два года за стрим с акции протеста
В Минске 18 февраля оглашен очередной приговор журналистам. Сотрудницы издания «Белсат» Катерина Андреева и Дарья Чульцова получили 2 года колонии. Их задержали 15 ноября 2020 года в Минске за ведение прямой трансляции с акции памяти Романа Бондаренко на «Площади Перемен». Девушек обвинили в организации действий, грубо нарушающих общественный порядок (статья 342 УК).
История началась 11 ноября, когда жителя Минска Романа Бондаренко избили во дворе люди в штатском, которые приехали срывать бело-красно-белые символы протеста. Роман скончался от полученных травм в реанимации. 15 ноября во дворе дома, где он жил (это место также называют «Площадью Перемен») проходила акция памяти, на которой и задержали двух журналисток.
По версии обвинения, журналистки «из корыстных целей» в прямом эфире «путем озвучивания информации» осуществили «сбор активных участников, грубо нарушающих общественный порядок», «с целью создания массовости для возможности противостояния действиям сотрудников правоохранительных органов». В обвинении указано, что Чульцова и Андреева высказывали позитивную оценку действий участников несанкционированного мероприятия, чем призвали людей участвовать в нем. Кроме того, они «призвали автомобилистов подъезжать в район акции, чтобы блокировать улицы».
Сами журналистки не признали вины. Катерина Андреева в суде настаивала, что это «примитивный акт мести спецслужб за выполнение профессиональной деятельности». Дарья Чульцова отказалась давать показания на процессе и считает обвинения неконкретными. Также Чульцова утверждает, что не выкрикивала лозунги и не нарушала общественный порядок.
